Instructions for Making Payments
1. Scroll down towards the bottom of this page. Click on the BUY NOW button right underneath the payment amount for the counseling session.
2. Review the contents of the next screen. Then click the ADD TO CART button on the lower right.
3. Now you are in the KaufmanCounseling.com shopping cart. Click on the CHECKOUT button on the lower right.
4. Fill out the required billing information. Then click on the CONTINUE button on the lower left.
5. Review the information on the screen. Then scroll down to the Payment Method Section. Click on the circle to the left of the PayPal and credit card images. Then, in the Place Order section, click on the box that states: “I have read and accepted the terms and conditions.”
6. Click on the PLACE ORDER button on the lower right.
7. Choose one of two ways to pay: Either pay with your PayPal account or click on “Don’t have a PayPal account?” — which is close to the bottom of the page, on the right.
8. If you have just selected “Don’t have a PayPal account?” you can pay with a credit or debit card.
9. Enter your credit card information and then click on the REVIEW AND CONTINUE button near the bottom of the screen.
10. Review your information and then click on either of the PAY NOW buttons on the right.
11. You have now completed your payment. Click on PRINT RECEIPT on the upper left. (This contains your receipt (order confirmation) number.

Refund policy: Pre-payments for sessions will be refunded provided you give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation.
